Seminar Transformasi Minda Keusahawanan Siswa is an entrepreneurial culture program conducted at the admission session of a new student at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Through this program, students will be exposed to entrepreneurship, where they can build their career by involving themselves with business once they have graduated rather than just working under companies/agencies. Also, to change the mindset of students, this program needs to be carried out through the enhancement of identity and the application of entrepreneurial characteristics.

Seminar Transformasi Minda Keusahawanan Siswa is usually implemented within the week of New Student Orientation. This program provides opportunities for CEM to provide an introduction and disclosure of CEM services as an organization that carries out entrepreneurial programs and training to produce student entrepreneurs.

The objective of the program is to provide early exposure and accurate information to students on entrepreneurship on campus, to create awareness and importance of entrepreneurship as a career choice after graduating, creating entrepreneurial minds among new students to be wise in obtaining opportunities throughout the University, as well as ensuring that the target of achievement for Entrepreneurship Culture among new students can be holistic.

Programs with accurate delivery of information, career and entrepreneurship exhibitions and clinics will be carried out to ensure transformation and shift in the mindset of new students so that early awareness can be created among them and turn them into entrepreneurs with good advantages in future. This collaboration is considered as a platform to create the awareness of an entrepreneurship as a career choice.
