Serdang, 22 February 2023 -  The Universiti Putra Malaysia Student Entrepreneurship Cooperative (KOSISWA UPM) has held its 6th Annual General  Meeting online  through the Microsoft Teams  app. A total of   92 students  from    various backgrounds and staff  of the  Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and  Graduate Employability  (CEM)  attended this meeting.   This meeting  aims to appoint a new UPM COSISWA  Cooperative Board Member  for the year 2023  /2024.

Muhammad Afig Iskandar Bin Adrel was appointed as the Chairman of KOSISWA UPM for the 2023/2024 session. He is a third-year UPM student from the School of Business and Economics and he is also a member of the UPM Student Representative Council (MPP) Committee for the Secretariat of Entrepreneurship and Graduate Employability.

 "My hope  is that with  this new leadership line-up will be able to work together to  further develop the UPM SCHOLARSHIP in the future and to ensure the success of all activities and programs as  well as to raise the  name of UPM SCHOLARSHIP among UPM  students", he said.

For  business activities in  2023, KOSISWA UPM focuses on  the production of  mineral water  products with the   brand name KOSISWA UPM and the   opening of KAFE CEMARA. In addition, KOSISWA UPM also provides  various trainings for  UPM STUDENTS such as Cooperative  Development Seminar,  Human  Capital  Course, and  Entrepreneurship Course.
