UNILEEB MODULE 3: CIRCULAR ECONOMY USE NATURAL RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY

Kota Bharu 29 May – Akademi Kepimpinan Pendidikan Tinggi (AKEPT) and Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) have held the UniLEEB Cohort 2 Programme for Module 3 which themed I-Bus: Business Innovation on 25th to 29th May 2022 in Kota Bharu, Kelantan and Gerik, Perak.

This module emphasized on how the university entrepreneurial educator leader establish institutional innovation lab, innovation incubator and business start-up for student enterprises and new business venture for commercialization.

According to Ludinata Misnun, Deputy Director of CEM UPM, who participated in the programme, the participants learned how the cyclical economy can help the world economic system to use its natural resources effectively.

"Through the circular economy, the production of an industrial product targets the recycling of the industrial waste to be used as a remarketable product", he added.

In addition, a circular economy can also help reduce carbon emissions, which aims to take immediate action to combat climate change and its effects on life in this world.

UniLEEB (University Leaders Entrepreneurial Educators' Bootcamp) is a specific and comprehensive series of module created and designed to train and accelerate the University Leader’s Entrepreneurial Educators professional knowledge and skills development.
