SERDANG, June 29 - The Kendera Saji Entrepreneurship Festival was held at the Sultan Abdul Samad Library, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) on 29 June 2022 in conjunction with the UPM x SOCSO Career & Entrepreneurship Carnival: MYCAREER @MOHE 2022 organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development & Graduate Employability (CEM), UPM and SOCSO.

According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mass Hareeza Ali, Director of CEM, the festival can be a platform for entrepreneurs to get business opportunities with a wide variety of businesses.

"This is a great opportunity for us at CEM to make a good connection with the community of entrepreneurs and indirectly introduce this business trend to the public.

In addition, the location of this festival is also one of the strategic places that can get a lot of people from among students, staff and ordinary people visiting the library.

"The owners of the food vehicles not only gain experience doing business within the campus. But at the same time, it provides an opportunity for student entrepreneurs to get as many tips, experiences, and challenges as possible in working on the business from the entrepreneurs,", he said.

"Thank you for the invitation and for giving us the opportunity and experience to participate in the festival, we hope that CEM can invite us again in the future. We would also like to suggest that the CEM can organize such a festival every month." Mr. Hamdan Ahmad  said the owner of the three-slave food vehicle.

The one-day Kendera Saji Entrepreneurship Festival was held for the first time by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development & Graduate Employability (CEM), UPM in collaboration with the UPM Berhad Student Cooperative. It will be carried out more often in the future as one of the well-known business activities of the present.
