Serdang, 7 January  2023 – The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and  Graduate Employability (CEM) in collaboration with the  Centre  for Co-curriculum and Student Development  (PKPP) of Universiti Putra Malaysia has organised the StartupBiz Studentpreneur Programme  on 7 & 8 January  2023 at the Mind Hall, KOSASS UPM.

This program  is a  program that trains and gives exposure  to  students to venture into entrepreneurship  and make   entrepreneurship  a career option after graduation.   A total of  28 students participated in this programme where they were given exposure on the importance of entrepreneurship, digital marketing, business plans, innovation and creativity and others.

CEM Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mass Hareeza Ali said the program can provide exposure and education on entrepreneurship  at an early stage and can naturally arouse students' interest in entrepreneurship.

"My hope from the  Startupbiz Studentpreneur Program  will be able to  produce many successful entrepreneurs from among the  students who can contribute to the  economic development of the country," he added.

Dr. Mass Hareeza Ali, director of  CEM, and Dr.  Hizmawati Madzin, deputy    director of PKPP participated in the program.
