CEM's Client Charter

(1) To Ensure Timely Processing of Graduate Employability Data Requests by UPM Responsibility Centers (PTJ).

We pledge to process and resolve Graduate Employability data requests submitted by UPM

Responsibility Centers (PTJ) within seven (7) working days from the time the complete application is received.

(2) To Ensure Business Space Applications by Students Receive Response within Fourteen (14) Working Days from the Time a Complete Application is Received.

Additionally, we commit to providing a response to student applications for business spaces within fourteen (14) working days from the time the complete application is received.

This commitment is aimed at enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of our services to our customers.
