Business Equipment Rentals

Student entrepreneurs can borrow and rent business equipment from CEM, such as tents, umbrellas, tables, chairs, and chess sets, based on the following terms and references:

1. The form must be completed in full, and please attach the program approval letter. The use of equipment is for ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES ONLY.

2. Applications must be submitted no later than ONE (1) WEEK before the equipment pickup date.

3. In the event of any postponement or cancellation of an application, the applicant must inform CEM IMMEDIATELY or within THREE (3) DAYS BEFORE the equipment pickup date.

4. Students must ensure that the equipment is in good condition throughout the rental period. CEM reserves the right to impose fines/compensation if there is damage to the borrowed equipment.

5. CEM reserves the right to reject, postpone, or cancel applications if there is any overlap with official events or if it involves the interests of UNIVERSITI PUTRA MALAYSIA (UPM) or in unforeseen circumstances.

NOTICE: Approval will be communicated no later than THREE (3) DAYS before the equipment pickup date.
