1. PROGRAM WITH CEM COMMUNITY - READ@UNI CEM: BOOK REVIEW

Through this program, CEM staff are required to choose a book from the available selection or bring their favorite book to discuss with the PTJ community.

The staff member who will present the book must share the synopsis of the chosen book and highlight the valuable lessons and inspirational quotes it contains.

This program greatly aids CEM staff in developing a more consistent and systematic approach to their work and personal lives.

2. ONE MONTH ONE BOOK PROGRAMME

This program is implemented by providing an opportunity for staff to read at least one book per month outside of office hours.

3. THE 'GOTONG ROYONG' READ@UNI

The 'Gotong-royong' READ@UNI is conducted twice a year, where through this Gotong-royong, books need to be improved and packed and arrange tables and bookshelves to add comfort to users, whether students or CEM staff themselves.

Regular mutual-help sessions can make the environment of the Training space@CEM more organized and tidy.
