Company Registration (SSM)

The steps for registering a company with SSM for free for students are as follows:

(1) Step 1

Fill out the form and provide educational information to obtain the UPM student verification letter. The verification letter needs to be obtained from the Entrepreneurship and Graduate Employability Development Center (CEM). You can get the form through the following link: https://forms.gle/sanTMXs9gAvNRK6F7

(2) Step 2

Register an account (Sign Up) as a user through the EzBiz online portal. You can do this at the following link: https://ezbiz.ssm.com.my/?0

(3) Step 3

Once your EzBiz account is activated, you can proceed with signing in and apply for the activation of your EzBiz user account (Activate ID).

(4) Step 4

4. After your ID is activated, please log in again to EzBiz and register your company with SSM.

(5) Step 5

After obtaining approval and the SSM certificate (Form D, Method 13) and SSM Business Info (Business Information), students are required to fill out a Google form for verification of students with SSM.
